Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ak22 platform, including the website at ak22.pro, all associated betting and casino services, promotional offers and any related features made available to users in Bangladesh. By creating an account, logging in or placing a wager on ak22, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

ak22 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ak22 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page.

Eligibility

Who May Use ak22

Access to ak22 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. ak22 is obligated to enforce these requirements and will take action — including immediate account suspension — where a breach is identified.

• You must be aged 21 years or older. ak22 is strictly for adults and underage access is prohibited without exception.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration and keep that information current at all times.
• You must not have a pre-existing account that was suspended or closed by ak22 for a breach of these Terms or any ak22 policy.

ak22 may request identity verification documents at any point to confirm eligibility. Where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, ak22 reserves the right to restrict deposits, withhold withdrawals and suspend the account pending further review.

Account Rules

Registration, Security and Single Account Policy

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one account on ak22. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms. ak22 uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended and any balance held across those accounts may be forfeited.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• All activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised the specific action.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact ak22 support immediately via live chat.
• ak22 reserves the right to close an account at its discretion, including where the account holder has not completed identity verification within a reasonable period of the first withdrawal request.

ak22 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign or pledge your account or any balance held within it to any third party under any circumstances.

Payments

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

ak22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). You may only deposit funds from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits credited to your ak22 account via bKash or Nagad are typically processed instantly, subject to the payment provider's own processing times.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). Withdrawal requests submitted after KYC approval are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• ak22 may delay or decline a withdrawal where the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or a breach of these Terms.
• Deposits made into an ak22 account must be used for legitimate gambling activity. ak22 does not function as a payment processor or digital wallet service for non-gambling purposes.

ak22 is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. Where applicable, currency conversion charges applied by your bank or mobile money provider are solely your responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

ak22 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be communicated at the point the offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless an individual offer explicitly states otherwise.

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Unclaimed bonuses expire and cannot be retroactively applied to an account.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each offer. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• ak22 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion or the exploitation of a technical error is identified.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account to which they were issued. Selling, trading or gifting bonus credits to another player is prohibited.

Prohibited Conduct

Actions That Will Result in Account Suspension

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ak22. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling ak22 to suspend or permanently close the relevant account and to forfeit any balance held therein.

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting) in order to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent account restrictions or defeat platform limits.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug or pricing glitch in the sportsbook or casino to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical or artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Providing false identity documentation during KYC verification or misrepresenting your age, identity or payment source at any point during your use of ak22.
• Engaging in collusive play, match-fixing, arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or any other form of fraudulent wagering.

ak22 does not pay out winnings that result directly from prohibited conduct. Where a payout has been made and ak22 subsequently determines that prohibited conduct was involved, ak22 is entitled to reclaim the amount paid from the player's account.

Liability & Disputes

Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

ak22 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ak22 excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform. ak22 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — including loss of winnings — arising from platform downtime, network failure, payment provider outages or force majeure events that are outside ak22's reasonable control.

If you have a complaint regarding a transaction, a bet settlement or a bonus calculation, you must submit it to ak22 support in writing within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Complaints submitted outside this window may not be investigated. ak22 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a final determination within 14 days of receiving all relevant information.

Changes to Terms

Amendments and Effective Date

ak22 may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For changes that ak22 considers material — such as changes to withdrawal procedures, wagering requirement calculations or eligibility criteria — ak22 will notify registered users by email or in-platform notification where practicable.

Your continued use of ak22 following notification of amended Terms will be taken as your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting ak22 support. These Terms were last reviewed in 2026.
